386 new cases of #COVID19; have been reported in the country, says the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control.
Nigeria recorded it’s first COVID-19 case on February, 25, when an Italian citizen, who works in Nigeria, arrived Lagos, from Milan, Italy.
The 386 newly confirmed cases takes the national toll to 3912.
The confirmed cases and their respective states are ; 176-Lagos, 65-Kano, 31-Katsina, 20-FCT, 17-Borno, 15-Bauchi, 14-Nasarawa, 13-Ogun, 10-Plateau, 4-Oyo, 4-Sokoto, 4-Rivers, 3-Kaduna, 2-Edo, 2-Ebonyi, 2-Ondo, 1-Enugu, 1-Imo, 1-Gombe and 1-Osun.
The Centre for Disease Control, while making the disclosure, Friday, via its Twitter handle wrote :
“3912 cases of #COVID19 in Nigeria with 679 discharges and 117 recorded deaths.”
