By A 60-year-old scavenger has been arrested by the Niger State police for allegedly raping an 8-year-old girl.
The victim, who is a fish seller, set out on Saturday, to sell her fish, when she was lured by the suspect.
Blackbox Nigeria gathered that Haruna Lawal allegedly lured the victim with N100 into an uncompleted building where he had carnal knowledge of her.
During interrogation, the suspect confessed to the crime, as he will be arraigned in court as soon as investigation is concluded.
