Police operatives attached to the Azia police station, Anambra state, have arrested one Christain Alisigwe, 35, for allegedly killing his 4-year-old son with a cutlass.
The suspect, who hails from Ihiala Local Government Area, Anambra, buried the corpse of his deceased son in a shallow grave at his residence.
police detectives who visited the scene, exhumed the corpse and deposited it at the Abam mortuary for autopsy.
However, as at the time of this reportage, the reason why the suspect claimed his son’s life has not been ascertained.
