By One Kelvin Uzor, 18, has been arrested for allegedly killing his brother’s identical twins for money-making rituals in Oko Ogbele, Delta State.
Blackboxnigeria learnt that the suspect, after killing the twins, removed their eyes, tongues, hands and penis which he allegedly took to a native doctor in Anambra state.
Kelvin, however denied killing the twins, insisting that his friend, Onuwa Olisah, was the one who killed the twins. Incidentally, Onuwa’s 11-year-old brother, Iweka Olisah, also confessed to seeing his elder brother with a bloodied machete.
Kelvin, while confessing to the crime, said he only attended the meeting with Onuwa and others who were scheming for ways to make money through rituals, and claimed to have backed out at the last minute.
“My hope was to make money, drive big cars and build a house. I wanted to become a young chief, most of these young boys do not work as hard as I have, yet they are millionaires, I am a farmer, and it requires lots of hard work.
“I was not even making enough money for myself. This was why I agreed to be part of the meeting. Onuwa convinced me that was the fastest way to become rich, he convinced me that most of our colleagues made money through rituals.
“My greatest mistake was that I did not inform my family when Onuwa suggested that we should use the twins.
“When we were contemplating on whom to use for the rituals, Onuwa mentioned the twins, I cautioned him, but little did I know he was still going to use them.” Kelvin said.
