By It was a black Eid El Fitri for atleast 16 persons who lost their lives in coordinated attacks in the North Eastern City of Maiduguri.
The 16 persons BlackBox Nigeria learnt were killed in multiple suicide attacks in Maiduguri on Sunday, June 25 and yesterday Monday, June 26. This incidents which were orchestrated by suspected Boko Haram terrorists were confirmed by the Borno state Police command.
On Sunday, three bombs were detonated which left atleast three dead including a female security personnel who as been identified as Becky Edubi.
The state Police commissioner, Damian Chukwu further disclosed that four female suicide bombers also attacked a village, Zannari on the same night. This attack left about 12 people dead.
