By 12-year-old slips into well, dies in Kano
Yau Suleiman a 12-year-old pupil of a Qur’anic school sliped into a well on Friday at Rummawa Gabas in Ungogo Local Government Area Kano State.
Kano State Fire Service Spokesman, Alhaji Saminu Abdullahi, revealed this in a press statement that the pupil was brought out of the well unconscious and was later confirmed dead.
“His corpse was handed over to the village head of Rummawa Gabas, Malam Zaharadeen Sule-Ibrahim.”
“The pupil slipped into the well while playing with his peers” he added.
