He is a university dropout but Brymo will be delivering a lecture come August

Almost a decade after dropping out of the university to pursue his music dream, soul singer Brymo is set to return to the four walls of an academic facility but this time as a guest lecturer.

BlackBox Nigeria can confirm that talented music act, Olawale Ashimi better known as Brymo will be storming the prestigious University of Ibadan where he has been named as a guest lecturer at the Red Carpet Speaker Series.

Brymo will be joining the likes of celebrated novelist and poet, Okey Ndibe as well as veteran filmmaker turned politician, Don Pedro Obaseki. 

The series opens on Monday, July 31st while Brymo will be speaking as the last guest on August 5, 2017.

Brymo was admitted to Lagos State University in 2007 to study Zoology but his quest to do music made him abandon his course of study for entertainment. The sonorous singer once revealed to this writer that he aspires to someday become Nigerian President.
