By Supercop, Abba Kyari’s Team Nab Kidnappers ‘Terrorizing’ Abuja-Kaduna Road
Nigeria’s super cop ACP Abba Kyari and his active team has once again come into the rescue by arresting kidnappers who have been terrorising the popular Abuja-Kaduna Express way.
BlackBox Nigeria gathered that the IGP Intelligence Response Team and Special Forces were deployed in the area to fish out all the culprits who have been giving road travelers nightmare for a while now.
It will be recalled that crime rate on the road seized months ago when Police officers were stationed on the road when the Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport was under construction and the Kaduna Airport was in use. Men of the underworld however resumed their activities soon after the road had less vips and less officers.
A top Police source revealed to BBN360 that the special Forces deployed were able to capture masterminds of the criminals, including kidnappers and their weapons were also recovered from them.
Among the weapons recovered from the kidnappers were AK47 rifles, other guns and live ammunitions.
The kidnappers were paraded along with theirs arms at the Jere Police State located along Abuja-Expressway.
