Planning In Top Gear For Third Edition of Bola Tinubu Youth Summit – Afonja

The Convener of the annual Bola Tinubu Youth Summit BTYS, Mr. Akanbi Ade Saheed “afonja” has revealed his team’s readiness and commitment towards having a more laudable summit this year 2019.

Mr. Afonja while responding to concerns over the possibility of the Summit holding due to the upcoming general election, said there is no going back on the event that the summit will definitely hold.

”We have commenced our plans, the summit’s website and the registration link is under construction.

”In few days, our topic for this year’s edition will be unveiled to the public with details of seasoned personalities that would dissect it in line with the prevailing situations in the country,” he said

Akanbi Saheed who is also the National Leader of the Bola Tinubu Ambassadors Home and in Diaspora, furthered stated that though the country is in election mood and his team members are busy working towards ensuring total victory for APC at the polls, the summit’s vision will be sustained.

”Our commitment towards our party success won’t stop the summit from holding. Though it may be tough in terms of planning and logistics, with God and Progressives’ support, this year’s edition will no doubt be accomplished in a bigger way.”

The Bola Tinubu Youth Summit is a yearly event aimed at celebrating the scope and ideologies of the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

The Summit was first inaugurated in 2016 and drew Youth from all the geo-political zones in the country.

According to Afonja and his Team, the Bola Tinubu Youth Summit is designed to honour and appreciate the leadership qualities of the former Lagos State Governor by engaging young people on Nigeria’s Political, Social and Economic trajectories.
