BlackBox Nigeria gathered that the attack was borne on the fact that the State’s boxing Team do not have proper ring for practice and were under funded, but funds were available to book flight for the Deputy Governor and Commissioner of Sports who were said to have gone to show support to Joshua.

It will be recalled that AJ, as the World Heavyweight Champion is popularly called defended his belts against Takam in Cardiff where he won on Knock-Out after the referee called off the match at Round 10. The bout makes Joshua’s tally to 20 fights and 20 KOs.
