LASU set to host Sanwo-Olu, Agbaje, others in election discourse 

 Lagos State University has unveiled plans to organise an intellectual discourse for the leading gubernatorial candidates in Lagos state. 

In a statement obtained by BlackBox Nigeria, the university disclosed that it is set to organise a new policy initiative called THE LASU GOVERNANCE DISCOURSE. 

According to the statement, the discourse comes up on February 8, 2019 at the University auditorium in the main campus situated in Ojo, Lagos.

The event whose topic is Youth, Development and Education : Re – Engineeering Lagos is expected to have at least five leading gubernatorial candidates at the upcoming Lagos governorship election where they will disclose their plans to “all tertiary institutions in Lagos State, their visions and plans for moving the State forward if elected.”

The statement signed by the Coordinator, Centre for Information, Press and Public Relations, Ademola Adekoya, also disclosed that the discourse is also expected to have in attendance; Eminent Lagosians, policymakers, members of the Civil Society Organizations (CSOs), and journalists.
