Lagos youngest councillor, Hon. Ayotunde Adenuga has been presented with an “Emerging Icon” Award by the National Union of Lagos State Students.
Hon. Adenuga who is the Deputy Leader of Ikeja Local Government legislative arm was earlier today presented with the award in his office by the National Executive Council of the Lagos students body.

Speaking with BlackBox Nigeria, the Lagos State youngest parliamentarian who is one of the vocal advocates of the #NotTooYoungToRun movement disclosed that the award was a call to action as he was committed to the progress of Lagos and the Nigeria in general.


He further reiterated his commitment to the growth of the youth movement while also promising his constituents better representation.
The NULASS executives were led by the National President, Comrade Daniju Sultan.
