By JUST IN: Many Injured As Dangote Truck Rams Into BRT in Itowolo (Video)

Motorist and commuters of the Itowolo axis in Ikorodu area of Lagos state were thrown into disarray when a high-speeding Dangote truck charged into a Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) causing severe injuries to passengers on board.
BlackBox Nigeria gathered that the truck was trying to avoid traffic when it entered the lane meant for BRT.

As at the time of this report, no death has been recorded but series of serious injuries sustained by the passengers in the BRT. One passenger was noticed with the right ankle detached from the leg.
Other remote cause of the accident could not be ascertained at press time.
