By INEC Officially Opens Collation Center, Postpones Announcement Of Results
National Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Professor Mahmoud Yakub moments ago declared open the National Collation Centre in Abuja for the 2019 General Elections.

It was gathered that results are now being collated in Abuja and will be announced by Professor Yakubu, who is the Chief Returning Officer of the Presidential Election. He also read out the ground rules for the collation exercise as he briefed party agents and members of the Press.

Moments after declaring open the collation exercise, the INEC Chair then adjourned the proceedings till 11am on Monday, when the presidential election results will be announced. He however added that Ekiti State is the first to have concluded with its results and ready to be announced.
