Five things you should know about Oke Arin, Lagos Island building collapse 

BlackBox Nigeria reported moments ago that another tragedy has been witnessed on Lagos Island following another collapsed structure which occurred in Oke Arin area of Lagos Island, Lagos.

Here are five quick facts BlackBox Nigeria has gathered about the unfortunate incident… 

1. The building is located at 57, Egerton Square, Oke Arin, Lagos Island. 
2. Some people suspected to be officials of the Lagos State Building Control Agency (LASBCA) were demolishing another house beside the building when the incident happened.
3. Like the Ita-faji structure from last week, the new collapsed building is also a 3-storey-building. 
4. The building before its collapse was also marked for demolition by the Lagos state Government. 
5. At least four people have been rescued from the debris.
