By Not less that 3 people has been reported dead as a luxurious bus belonging to G.O.U Transport plunges into a river in Owode Elede area of Lagos State.
Eyewitness reported to BlackBox Nigeria that the accident occurred as a result of over speeding and many sustained minor injuries.
It was gathered that the bus was coming from a distanced journey before the accident occurred in Lagos.
As at the time of filing this report, both the LASEMA and LASTMA were seen at the scene of the accident as rescue mission have commenced.
It was gathered that the luxurious bus lost it control before going off the road and plunged into the river.
A resident in the area warned that commuters coming towards the Ikorodu axis should simply ply the BRT lane from Owode as the traffic currently at the Mile 12 over ahead is on standstill, due to the accident.
