By Area Fada, Charly Boy Slumps, Scores Wounded As Police Fire Tear Gas At ResumeorResign Protesters
Entertainer cum human right activist, Charles Oputa popularly called Charly Boy earlier today slumped after Police fired tear gas at protesting Nigerians who are calling on the ailing President Muhammadu Buhari to either resume or resign from his position.

BlackBox Nigeria gathered that the protesters had assembled at the Millenium Park, the venue it started its sit-out on Monday when the Police shot tear gas canisters directly at the group of people which Charly Boy inhaled and slumped on the spot.
It was gathered that the protest was being led by the ‘Area Fada’ and leader of Concerned Nigerians group, Deji Adeyanju with other coalition of Civil Society Organisations.
The protest turned sour when the anti-riot Policemen began firing tear gas canisters and high velocity stream of water to disperse them. This incident led to the injury of other protesters including members of the press.
