By BlackBox Nigeria can report that some unknown hoodlums have razed down the Amuwo Odofin local government office after a fall out from the All Progressives Congress LG Primary election.
The election which was held at the Teslim Balogun Stadium, Surulere ended with violence as party supporters disagreed with the ‘anointed candidates’ adopted by the party.
BBN gathered that the party had announced Valentine Buraimoh as the favoured candidate ahead of 29 others who also aspired for the position of Chairmanship in the upcoming Local Government elections.
This decision however did not go down well with some hoodlums back home in Festac as they visited the office earlier today, at around 1am and set the place ablaze.
It was reported that the Chieeftancy Unit and DSS office unit of the local government were immediately affected by the fire.
Valentine Buraimoh clinched the ticket in the midst of other twenty nine aspirants including Adejoke Adegeye, Folashade Ajao and Captain Adebayo Dosunmu.
