Aftermath Of Sanwo-Olu Campaign Fracas: Stray Bullet Hits Ijoba Ibile-TV Photographer, One Person Confirmed Dead

In a report reaching Black Box Nigeria now on the aftermath of Sanwo-Olu’s Campaign fracas, a photo journalist with Ijoba Ibile TV, Mr Abiodun Yusuff  was hit by a stray bullet on his hand while covering the flag-off campaign of Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the governorship candidate of APC  for Lagos State in the 2019 gubernatorial election at Bishop Vinning Centre, Ikeja, in the cause of discharging his official duty.

Trouble began at about 1:10 pm when Governor Ambode was giving his keynote address; the miscreants in attendance began to engage in a free for all, disrupting the palpable political activities of the day.

However, the police who were on ground for security reasons engaged and contained the touts who brandished all for of dangerous weapons. Upon the crisis, Mr. Abiodun Yusuff was hit by a bullet and has since been rushed to a general hospital.

At the moment of filling this report, Mr. Abiodun  Yusuff  is recuperating at the general hospital, Ikeja.

Also in a similar aftermath, one Afeez Ismail has just been reported dead. He was confirmed dead at the General hospital, Ikeja from a shot he sustained at the flag off.
